Hey ladies! I wanted to send out a reminder that play group this week is at Lisa Jacobsgaard's home. She said 9:30am would work out best for her. She also has a fun craft planned - to help the kids make their very own bouncy balls! Sounds like fun! Hopefully we'll see some of you there.
UPDATE
Lindsey just realized that she can't host this coming week (she is going to do the following week) so maybe we can all meet up at the Washington Park District Romper Room next Thursday instead (9-11am March 8th). The cost is 2$ for children ages 1-5. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

For Play Group This Week
Since the kids all have off school on Monday - some Moms are meeting up at the Metamora McDonald's at 9:30am. So, this week we'll pass on Tuesday play group - but next week (the 28th) Lisa Jacobsgaard has volunteered to host. Hopefully we'll see some of you there! I will try to get a schedule put up soon of where to go each week for the next few months.
Also - my new plan since some people can't do 10am - whoever is hosting the playgroup gets to set the time - either 10am or 12pm. We'll stick to Tuesdays (for the most part), but we can switch up between the 2 times (the times can be flexible - just let me know if I need to note 12:30 or something). We'll see how that works for awhile maybe.

So, from our poll, it appears that Tuesdays seem to work out for everyone that voted - great! If anyone is free this Tuesday, I can have a play group at my house at 10am. Play Group
Hey ladies! I would love to get a play group going in our ward. I set up a poll on the side bar asking what day/s work best for everyone. (You can vote for more than one day - vote for every day that would work for you) Hopefully we can get an idea of how many ladies are interested and what day/s will work best - I am thinking 10am once a week. Hopefully we can get it up and going in the next week or so. If anyone is interested, I can have a play group at my house this Friday at 10am. Leave a comment here, or send me an email if you would want to come. Thanks!
PS - Please also leave a comment when you vote so I will know who is interested ;)

Valentines Activity Re-cap
We had an excellent valentines Relief Society Activity last night! For those who weren't there, we went over the recent ensign article "What Happily Married Couples Do" by Douglas Brinley (click title to see the article), made some cute valentines, and ate yummy treats. Thanks ladies for a fun night!
Update: Sister McAllister suggested that I put up this idea that Sister Nance shared during the RS activity. She bought funnels at amazon (and sent one to each of her daughter-in-law's, such a fun idea for a valentine's gift for the mom's in your life!) and made up a few of these. (I found the pictures on this blog link: Rice Krispie Valentine
